浅谈成都市“十二五”县级疾控机构标准化建设

Comment on Chengdu CDC of county-level standardization construction during "Twelve-Five" period

目前成都市县级疾控机构在人员配置、房屋建设、设备设施装备等方面多项指标未能达到国家、省有关建设标准要求。为不断提高县级疾控机构的综合能力,促进疾控事业发展,保证该市公共卫生安全,本文在大量调查研究的基础上,提出了疾控人员配置、人均建筑面积、物资装备等具体建设目标和三大提升工程的具体内容,为成都市人民政府制定"十二五"期间县级疾病预防控制机构标准化建设指导意见提供了依据。

At present, Chengdu disease prevention and control institutions （CDC） of county-level failed to meet the requirements of national,provincial building standards in staff configuration, housing construction, equipment and facilities and equipment. For continued improve the comprehensive ability of County disease prevention and control institutions, promote the development of the disease prevention and control, ensure public health security of the city, the paper formulated three objective （staff configuration, construction area per capita, materials and equipment） and three upgrade project based on the investigation. To provide the basis for Chengdu Municipal People＆#39;s government formulated the guidance of county level CDC standardization construction during＆quot;Twelve-Five＆quot;period.
