三黄三仙汤对白细胞减少症小鼠造血功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨三黄三仙汤对辐射诱导白细胞减少症小鼠骨髓造血功能及免疫功能的影响。方法:85只清洁级ICR雄性小鼠接受Se-137辐射,复制白细胞减少症模型后随机分为6组,按实验设计处理各组小鼠10天,眼球后静脉取血,ELISA法检测血清IFN-γ含量;取脾脏、胸腺称重后计算脾脏指数、胸腺指数并计数生成的内源性脾结节数;取右侧股骨切片、HE染色后,观察骨髓造血组织病理变化。结果:三黄三仙汤大中小剂量组与模型组比较,IFN-γ含量明显下降,尤以中剂量组作用明显;中药各剂量组及利可君组显著升高小鼠脾脏指数及内源性脾结节数,但对胸腺指数无显著影响;中药各剂量组均不同程度促进骨髓造血组织恢复。结论:三黄三仙汤能促进白细胞减少症模型小鼠骨髓造血功能的恢复,并保护造血微环境,但对免疫功能影响不大。 Objective: To research the effect of Sanhuang Sanxian Decoction(SHSX) on the hemopoiesis and immunity of mice with Leucopenia by Se- 137 radiation injury. Methods: The 85 ICR mice were randomly divided into 6 groups after duplicated the leucopenia models by Se- 137 radiation injury. The mice were treated for 10 days according to the designed way of the experiment. The levels of serum IFN- γ were detected with ELISA. The thymus index(TI),spleen index( SI) and colony forming unit- spleen( CFU- S) were evaluated. The right femur was cut into slices,and then stained by HE. The ultra- mico structure of bone marrow was observed by electromicroscope. Results: The level of IFN-γ was lower in SHSX groups,especially the middle dose SHSX group. The SI and CFU- S increased in the SHSX groups and in the positive group,while the TI had no significant changes. Conclusion: Sanhuang Sanxian Decoction can promote the recovery of hematopoietic function in Leucopenia modal mice,and protect the hematopoietic microenvironment,but has little effect on the immune function.
