自拟中药汤剂治疗膝关节退行性关节炎临床疗效分析及对IL-1的影响

Self Decoction Treatment of Degenerative Arthritis of the Knee and the Impact on the Clinical Efficacy of IL-1

目的:探讨自拟中药汤剂治疗膝关节退行性关节炎临床疗效及白细胞介素-1(IL-1)指标水平变化的影响,为临床诊断治疗提供参考。方法:将本组80例膝关节退行性关节炎患者根据随机数字表法将其随机分为对照组(n=40)和治疗组(n=40)。对照组给予外洗药液熏洗患处,治疗组在对照组基础上给予自拟中药汤剂。两组患者均以2个月为1个治疗疗程。结果:治疗组治疗后总有效率(92.50%)显著高于对照组(75.00%),且有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组治疗前Lequesne MG评分、VAS视觉疼痛评分及IL-1含量比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后Lequesne MG评分(5.13±2.08)分显著低于对照组(8.15±2.19)分,且有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后VAS评分(1.63±0.92)分显著低于对照组(2.81±0.84)分,且有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后IL-1含量(298.57±33.25)pg/mL显著低于对照组(374.61±30.28)pg/mL,且有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:自拟中药汤剂治疗膝关节退行性关节炎临床疗效显著,能明显降低患者疼痛,且能够降低IL-1含量,具有重要临床研究价值。

Objective：To investigate self- made Decoction treatment of knee degenerative arthritis affecting the clinical efficacy and interleukin- 1（IL- 1） levels in the index provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods：The group of 80 cases of patients with degenerative arthritis of the knee according to the random number table randomly divided into control group（n = 40） and treatment group（n = 40）. Conclusion：Self- made Decoction treatment of knee degenerative arthritis clinically significant effect,can significantly reduce pain in patients,and can reduce IL- 1 levels,have important clinical research value.
