摘要
"从茶叶中提取咖啡因"是医学院校有机化学中的一个经典实验。针对此实验常出现咖啡因产品的纯度和产量均低的现象,为了提高产品的纯度与产量,笔者对影响该实验结果的四个实验步骤进行操作要点的解析,粗浅的谈了一些教学体会,仅供实验者参考借鉴。
The extraction of caffeine from the tea is a classical organic chemistry experiment in the medical colleges and universities. The common questions were the lower purity and yield of the caffeine. In order to improve the yield and purity of the product, we analyzed the key points of the four experimental procedures in this experiment, and concluded some teaching experiences.
