摘要
选用乙醇作为合成反应溶剂,喹啉和卤代烃经季铵化反应合成一种喹啉季铵盐盐酸酸化缓蚀剂YT-102。利用红外光谱仪对合成产物结构进行表征,采用静态失重法、极化曲线和交流阻抗等电化学方法对YT-102进行了缓蚀性能评价和电化学机理分析。结果表明,YT-102是以阳极抑制为主的混合抑制型缓蚀剂,可以有效抑制盐酸对N80碳钢的腐蚀,能够达到SY/T 5405—1996所规定的一级指标。
Using ethyl alcohol as the solvent,a new quinoline quaternary ammonium acidification inhibitor was synthesized by quaternization of quinoline and alkyl halides. The synthesized inhibitor YT-102 was characterized with infrared spectrometer,static weight loss and electrochemical polarization curves and EIS for performance evaluation and electrochemical corrosion mechanism analysis. The results showed that YT-102 was mixed control type,could efficiently control the corrosion of N80 steel in hydrochloric acid,and could meet the first grade standard of SY/ T 5405-1996 at 60 ℃.
