摘要
采用微波辅助浸提法脱除聚氨酯合成革中微量N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF),研究了浸提时间、微波功率、浸提温度和液固比对DMF脱除率的影响。结果表明,在浸提时间15 min,微波功率700 W,浸提温度80℃,液固比55∶1条件下,聚氨酯合成革中DMF含量为23 mg/kg,脱除率达98.8%。
Microwave assisted extraction for N,N-dimethylformamide from polyurethane synthetic leather was investigated. Factors such as extraction time,power of microwave and material-liquid ratio on DMF re-moval rate were evaluated. The result showed that extraction time of 15 min,microwave power of 700 W, extraction temperature of 80 ℃ and material-liquid ratio of 55: 1. Under the optimal conditions,the con-tent of DMF was 23 mg / kg,the removal rate of N,N-dimethylformamide was 98. 8% .
