摘要
以一种富含氯离子的提盐废卤为原料,采用常压酸化法制备硫酸钙晶须,讨论了物料浓度、反应时间、反应温度、搅拌转速对晶须长径比的影响。结果表明,制备硫酸钙晶须最佳条件为:反应温度70℃,溶液 pH 值2,转速150 r/ min,溶液浓度1 mol/ L,反应时间30 min。此条件下,晶须的平均直径为1-5μm、长度20-200μm。
Using acidizing fracturing method to prepare calcium sulfate whisker based on a kind of salt waste brine enriched in chloride ion,effect of reactants concentration,reaction time and temperature,and the rotation speed on the long-radius ratio of whisker were investigated. Result showed that the optimum conditions of calcium sulfate whisker was as follows:reaction temperature of 70 ℃ ,pH value of 2,rotation speed of 150 r/ min and reactants concentration of 1 mol/ L,reaction time of 30 min. Under such condi-tions,the diameter of test whisker 1 ~ 5 μm and the length was 20 ~ 200 μm.
