摘要 以芥酸和 N,N'-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺为原料,合成了一种芥酸酰胺类非离子表面活性剂,用于配制压裂液。讨论了表面活性剂浓度、交联剂浓度、助溶剂种类和浓度对压裂液表观粘度的影响,用行业标准对产品进行了评价。结果表明,该清洁压裂液抗温能力和携砂能力优良,适用于30~95℃的低温和中高温地层。体系易破胶,且破胶液澄清,无残渣。 A kind of erucylamide non-ionic surfactant was synthesized by using erucic acid and N,N'-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine for the preparation of fracturing fluid. The effect of the surfactant concentra-tion,cross linker concentration,co-solvent type and concentration on apparent viscosity fracturing fluid were studied. The properties of the system were evaluated with industry standards. Results showed it had excellent properties which made it available for the formation temperature from 30 to 95 ℃ centigrade. The system was easy to gel break and the solution was clear and without residue after gel-breaking.
