民办高校学生成分复杂,分布较广,对学生管理工作是一个严峻的挑战。思想政治教育工作者要充分认识学生的时代特征,开动脑筋,深入研究,在多渠道、多途径开展思想教育的同时,切实加强学生管理工作,积极探索符合时代要求的高校学生管理模式,大胆改革和创新高校学生管理工作,切实为学生管理工作探索出一种新思路、新办法。

Private college students＇ composition is complex and has a wider distribution,which is a severe challenge to the student management work. The ideological and political education workers should fully understand the characteristics of the times,set wits to work,carry out indepth study,when conducting the multi-channel,multi-way ideological education,strengthen the student management work,actively explore the management mode of university students in line with the requirements of times,boldly reform and innovate college student management work,so as to explore a new idea,new method for the student management work.
