基于工作过程的课程开发与教学实践充分体现了高职教育的特征,有利于培养职业能力型人才。文章阐述了基于工作过程的课程开发理念与思路,提出课程开发的步骤,并对课程内容的整合、组织、安排和实施等提出了设计方案。

Curriculum development and teaching practice based on working process fully embody the characteristics of higher vocational education,and are beneficial for cultivating talents with occupational ability. This paper discusses the curriculum development＇s idea and train of thought based on the work process,puts forward the curriculum development process,and provides the design scheme for the integration,organization,arrangement and implementation of course content.
