高校学生干部是高校学生管理的中坚力量,是学校的管理思想和规章制度的具体实施者,是做好教师和学生之间沟通的桥梁和纽带。因此,高校学生干部队伍建设应成为学生工作研究的重要部分。本文从当代高校学生干部队伍的地位、作用及学生干部队伍建设凸显的主要问题入手,对高校学生干部队伍建设的途径和策略进行探讨。

Student cadres in institutions of higher learning are the backbone of student management,the specific implementer of school management thought and the rules and regulations,and the bridge and link between teachers and students. Therefore,the construction of college student cadre team should become an important part of student work study. This paper starts from the status and roles of contemporary university student cadre team,and as well as some prominent problems in the construction of student cadre team,discusses the ways and strategies on the construction of college student cadre team.
