摘要 以生产现场的质量检测误差率为研究对象,在掌握作业流程及数据收集整理的基础上,利用DOE中控制因素试验设计的方法探索降低质量检测误差率的有效途径.以M工站作业为例,通过作业流程分析,运用数理统计及因果分析法,选取生产线误测率的影响因子,采用DOE控制因素试验设计方法,实现用较少的实验次数和较低的实验成本发现导致误测产生最主要因素,对其进行改善后,误测率由12.2%降至4.2%,工站工时由17.67s缩至16.24s,提升了作业质量和效率. The detection error rate of production spot quality testing was studied based on the analysis of operation flow and data collection.The effective ways were explored to reduce the detection error rate by using method of quality control factors in the design of the DOE test.Through reasonable arrangement of the experiment,causal analysis and mathematical statistics,M working station operation process,for example,was analyzed.And then the most important factors resulting in measurement errors were chosen by using the basic methods of DOE control factor experiment design.By improving the factors,the process measuring error rate decreased from 12.2%to 4.2%,and the working time of work station decreased from 17.67 sto 16.24 s.The working quality and efficiency was improved.
