高校转专业政策的改革与前瞻探究

Research on the Reform and Prospect of Major-changing Policy in Institutions of Higher Learning

转专业政策是近年来我国高等教育改革的重要内容,是对高校人才培养模式的改革与创新。高校转专业政策为优化专业与人才结构、提高高等教育教学水平和完善招生制度做出了极大贡献,但也存在着很多问题和矛盾。本文从我国实施转专业政策的背景和现实条件出发,通过对国内高校转专业政策的比较、转专业政策与其他专业选择制度的比较以及我国高校转专业政策同国外高校转专业政策的比较,对我国高校转专业政策进行前瞻性思考。

Major - changing policy is an important content of higher education reform in China in recent years and the reform and innovation of personnel training mode of colleges and universities, the major-changing policy has made great contribution to optimization of professional and talent structure, the improvement of teaching level of higher education and perfection of the enrollment system, but there are many problems and contradictions as well. This paper, starting from the background and current conditions of major-changing policy in China, by comparisons of major-changing policies in China＇s universities, major-changing policy and other majorchoosing policy, and major-changing policy in China and that in foreign countries, conducts prospective thinking toward major-changing policy in China＇s institutions of higher learning.
