摘要
近年来,研究生招生规模大幅度提高。研究生在年龄及入学前教育背景上差距较大,导致生源素质和能力良莠不齐,这加大了研究生培养难度,在联合培养过程中出现了各种各样复杂的问题,如何利用"双导师制"培养模式对联合培养研究生工作实施科学管理,是高校需要进一步探索的问题。
In recent years, postgraduate enrollment has been increasing greatly. There exists a great gap at the age and preschool education background of graduate student, which results in the great differences of students＂ quality and ability and increases the difficulty of graduate students＇training, at the same time, a variety of complex problems appear in the process of joint training. How to use the ＂Double Tutorial System＂ training mode to carry out scientific management toward joint training postgraduates work is a problem institutions of higher learning need to further explore.
