低管电压对256层CT前瞻性心电门控冠状动脉成像的质量影响评价 被引量:1

摘要 随着多层螺旋CT的不断发展,CT冠状动脉成像(CTCA)已成为临床诊断冠心病首选的非侵袭性检查方法。随着患者对降低辐射剂量的要求越来越高,如何在满足诊断质量的成像基础之上,尽量降低辐射剂量,已成为CTCA研究的重点和难点。本研究旨在探讨低管电压设置对256层CT前瞻性心电门控冠状动脉成像的质量影响,以进一步降低辐射剂量。
