摘要 Dear readers, Business model is now being structurally retrofitted or innovatively reshaped against the old way of running a textile or an apparel company. The bulk of enterprises are taking to the e-commerce road as guided by decisions on a practical, if not empirical, basis after a comprehensive market survey and a clear corporate strategy tbr future growth. It seems the entire industry is inundated with great zeal and passion for online sales, fueled by the rivet- ing data of annual e-commerce report. According to iResearch, the leading company focusing on in-depth China's internet industry, the e-commerce market registered 9.9 trillion yuan (about 1.7 trillion dollars) worth of business transactions in 2013, increasing by 21.3%, while its online retails came up to 1.85 trillion yuan, representing 7.8% of the nation's consumptive goods sold at retail shopfronts. In terms of e-commerce modalities, B2B is creme de la creme, carrying preponderant weight in online cake by 80.4%, leaving the retail share by 17.6%, the group purchase by o.6%, and the rest by 1.4%.
