遗传性非息肉病结直肠癌的诊治

Diagnosis and Treatment of Hereditary Nonpolyposis Colorectal Cancer

目的 探讨遗传性非息肉病结直肠癌 (HNPCC )患者家族成员的患病特点。方法 对 11个HNPCC家族进行调查分析。结果 11个HNPCC家族中有 41例大肠癌患者 ,1例合并子宫内膜癌 ,共有大肠癌灶 49处 ,其中多原发癌 6例 ,平均发病年龄 41.5岁。结论 HNPCC具有发病年龄轻、好发于近侧结肠、同时或异时大肠癌比例高及易发生其他器官癌的特点。对HN PCC患者及其亲属进行密切随访和定期检测 ,对其早期诊断和治疗有重要意义。

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer(HNPCC) and the diagnosis,treatment.Methods 11 families with the clinical characteristics of HNPCC were analysed.Results There are 41 cases of colorectal cancer(CRC) and 1 case of endometrial cancer in 11 families with HNPCC.In 41 cases,49 CRCs were found,among which 6 cases had multiple primary CRC.Conclusion This study confirms the characteristics of HNPCC,which include early age of cancer onset,proximal predominance of CRC,more multiple synchronous and metachronous CRC and extracolonic cancer.It′s very important to follow up and supervise the HNPCC patients and their relatives for early diagnosis and treatment.
