职业教育集团化办学是指由政府、教育主管部门、职业院校、行业企业、科研院所、培训机构或其他社会团体等构成的多元主体联盟,借助资源共享、规模效应、对口效应、品牌效应、沟通平台,实现技能人才培养、教育资源优化、职教专业建设、科研、社会服务等目的。通过对职业教育集团化办学的必要性、存在的问题、解决问题的关键及其发展前景进行梳理和研究,提出反思与意见,以促进职业教育更快更好地发展。
