摘要 高职院校人才培养模式是实施人才培养质量工程的有效保障,随着渤海船舶职业学院"后骨干"阶段的到来,如何将国家骨干高职院校建设项目中人才培养模式的阶段性成果进行经验的提炼和理论的提升,运用到室内设计技术专业人才培养模式的改革上,使该专业实现可持续发展,是"后骨干"阶段迫切需要解决的问题之一。 Talents training is an effective guarantee for implementing talents training quality project in higher vocational colleges. With the advent of " post-backbone" period in Bohai Shipbuilding Vocational College, how to summarize experience and promote theory of phase achievements of training model in national backbone college construction, and apply them to the talents training model reform of interior design technology, make it achieve sustainable development, is one of the most urgent problems needs to be solved in " post-backbone" period.
