高职院校顶岗实习是实践教学体系中不可缺少的重要环节,在人才培养过程中起着重要作用。但由于种种原因,企业与学校在实习计划、工资制度、实习学生与企业的矛盾调解、实习学生心理疏导等方面存在着一定的问题,影响了高职学生顶岗实习工作的顺利开展。为提高顶岗实习的效果,应构建分级管理、分级负责、层层落实的顶岗实习管理制度体系,建立和完善学生实习保险制度,统筹规划实习时间,探索灵活高效的顶岗实习组织形式。

Shipbuilding vocational college internship is an indispensable aspect in practice teaching system and plays an important role in the process of personnel training. However, due to various reasons, there are some issues between enterprises and schools from the directions of internship plan, wage system, conflicts mediation of student interns and corporate, psychological counseling and so on, which affect the smooth process of vocational student internship. In order to enhance the effect of internship, build up the internship management system of hierarchical management, levels of responsibility and implement at every level, student internship insurance system must be established and improved, practice time must be planned as a whole, and flexible and efficient internship organization must be explored.
