摘要
总结了天钢3 200m^3高炉从2008年到2013年6月份的生产技术指标和具体技术参数,详细地分析了在原燃料条件变差的情况下,天钢炼铁厂通过加强原燃料质量管理、改善烧结矿性能、转变操作理念、不断优化高炉炉料结构、合理调剂装料、送风、造渣等操作制度、加强高炉技术攻关和技术革新等措施,实现了高炉炉况的长期稳定顺行、高效化生产。
The paper summarizes technical indices and specific technical parameters in the production of 3 200 m BF in Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.(TISC) from 2008 to June 2013.Although original fuel conditions degraded,the long,stable,smooth and high efficient production of the blast furnace was achieved by taking measures of strengthening the quality control over raw material and fuel,improving sinter properties,transforming operation concept,optimizing constantly the structure of furnace burden,reasonably adjusting charging,blasting and slag building systems and enhancing technical breakthrough and technical renovation.
