Analysis on Steel Heaping in Φ10 mm Rebar Production with Four Slitting Process and Countermeasure

提出了Φ10 mm螺纹钢四切分生产中18架轧机至3^#剪处堆钢的问题。运用统计列表的方法分析产生堆钢的主要原因,并提出解决堆钢问题的办法,从而使该处堆钢支数与总切废支数的比例得到了明显地降低,保证了正常生产。

Aiming at the problem of steel heaping at the position from Stand 18 to Shear 3 in Φ 10 mm rebar production with four slitting process,the author analyzes the main reason with statistics and listing and proposes the solving method.Consequently the ratio of heaped rebar number to total discarded rebar number at this area was substantially reduced and normal production ensured.
