摘要
针对Φ10 mm四切分螺纹钢在轧制过程中出现的的弯钢问题,从水箱冷却、钢尺寸、加热温度、倍尺剪切参数和喷嘴磨损5个方面分析了产生原因,提出了解决弯钢问题的改进方法,使冷床上的弯钢现象明显减少,节省了停车处理时间,保障了正常生产。
Focusing on the bending problem of Φ10mm rebar with four slitting process occurring during rolling,the authors analyze the causes from five aspects of water box cooling,billet dimension,heating temperature,parameters at dividing shear and nozzle wear and put forward improving approaches,resulting in much less bending cases on cooling bed,shortened downtime and ensured normal production.
