Quality management is important for project management.Taking the implementation of production and marketing integration management system at Tiangang Medium and Heavy Plate Mill as an example,the author,from the perspective of information system project management,expounds the importance of system test in software life cycle during project implementation and summarizes noticeable issues and experience in EMS implementation.
