高炉炉顶设备的通讯改造

摘要 针对高炉炉顶的传动系统无法将运行状态向PLC控制系统进行反馈,影响故障排查速度和准确性的问题,通过添加通讯硬件模版与相应的软件适配,利用PROFIBUS-DP工业现场总线,PLC控制系统可以实时监控传动系统中变频器与直流调速器的工作状态。改造后,检修人员能够准确找出故障原因并及时进行处理,提高了生产效率。 In order to solve the problem that fault investigation speed and accuracy were affected because the drive system of BF top could not feed back its running state to PLC control system,communication hardware modules were added to match the relevant software so that PLC control system could monitor the working state of frequency converter and DC speed regulator in drive system on a real time base via PROFIBUS-DP industrial field bus.After modification,maintenance personnel could find out fault causes accurately and take actions timely.Hence,production efficiency was improved.
