对影响烧结配料系统准确度的因素进行研究和分析,找出关键因素,提出了保证配料系统整体准确度的调整和维护方法,提高了配料秤的精度和调节反应速度,满足了生产管理和技术质量要求。
The author studies and analyzes the factors influencing the accuracy of sinter blending system,finds out the critical factors and puts forward the adjusting and maintaining method of ensuring the integral accuracy of blending system.The precision and adjustment responding speed of blending scale were improved and production management and technical quality requirements met.
