摘要
天钢烧结余热回收项目是新建节能环保项目,为保证工艺顺利进行,配套了自动化程度较高的DCS控制系统,各重要参数都装有仪表进行检测。对烧结余热回收发电的工艺流程和检测参数,集散控制系统DCS的结构和配置进行了介绍,详细分析了锅炉汽包水位控制过程和效果。结果表明,控制系统能准确的检测并精确控制各过程参数,能够满足生产要求,保证工艺顺利进行,此项目达到了节能减排的理想效果。
Sinter waste heat recovery system of Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.(TTSC),a newly built energy saving and environment protection project,is equipped with DCS control system with high automation level and its important parameters are detected with instruments in order to ensure the process to run smoothly.The paper introduces the process flow and detected parameters of sinter waste heat recovery and power generation system and the structure and configuration of DCS control system,and analyzes the control process and effect of boiler drum water level in detail.The results show that the control system can accurately detect and precisely control process parameters,meet production requirement and ensure the smooth running of the process.The project achieves an ideal effect of energy conservation and emission reduction.
