介绍了天钢2座450 t/d MAERZ白灰窑的自动控制系统、窑体硬件配置及软件监控管理功能等。阐述了白灰窑本体上料系统实现自动控制的工作原理以及安装调试过程中的问题,对其进行了深入分析研究,找出最佳解决方法,使白灰窑的控制系统运行更加安全和可靠。
The paper introduces the automation control system,hardware configuration and software monitoring and managing functions of two 450 t/d MAERZ lime kilns at Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.（TISC）.It also expounds the working principle of automation control in charging system and problems encountered in installation and commissioning.The author deeply analyzes and studies the problems and eventually figures out the optimal solution,making the control system of the kiln safer and more reliable.
