摘要
针对目前冶金企业烧结机大功率主抽风机在启动过程中对设备自身和供电系统的影响,比较国内近几年常用的启动方式的优缺点,从电动机的启动现象以及原理上进行分析,并结合目前所在单位大型电机软启动装置的使用情况,明确了国内大型电机设备启动方式已经从液阻软启动逐渐发展为有级变频无级调压软启动方案,为今后大型高压重负荷电动机启动装置的选取提供了相应的参考。
Aiming at the influence of large power main induced draught fan on equipment and power supply system at sintering machine in metallurgy enterprises,the authors compare the advantages and disadvantages of commonly used start methods in recent years domestically,analyze in principle from the perspectives of motor start and specify that the start method of large motor has gradually changed from liquid resistance soft start to a start scheme of stepped frequency conversion and stepless voltage regulation,providing references for the future selection of start device for large high voltage heavy load motor.
