摘要
采用粉末压片法制样X射线荧光光谱法分析除尘灰中的全铁含量。根据除尘灰中的全铁含量分布范围广的特点,采取在一个分析方法中,根据样品种类的不同,建立铁元素的不同分析通道的办法,并对每个通道进行独立校准,用相应分析通道的工作曲线计算分析结果。该方法分析速度快,分析结果与化学法测定结果相符,精密度、准确度能够满足生产需要。
Powder pressed disc sample preparation method and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry are adopted to measure the total iron content in removed dust.Based on the characteristics of the wide distribution of total iron in removed dust,the authors adopt a method of establishing different analysis channels for the element of iron depending on different sample types in one analysis method,checking each channel independently and calculating analysis results with the working curve of relevant analysis channel.With analysis results in conformity with chemical measurement ones,the method provides fast analysis speed and meets production requirements in precision and accuracy.
