介绍了煤的哈氏可磨指数试验的方法以及试验中的影响因素。将煤样使用哈氏可磨性测定仪进行研磨,研磨后的试样经过0.071 mm筛分,称量小于0.071 mm煤样的质量,再从由标准煤样绘制的校准图上查得哈氏可磨指数,指数越大表明越容易磨碎,在冶炼中为喷吹煤的使用提供依据。影响煤的哈氏可磨测定结果的因素包括样品的出样率、破碎筛分操作、空气干燥程度、仪器操作等等方面,应严格按照标准操作以获得准确的分析结果。
The paper explains coal Hardgrove grindability index test method and influential factors in the test.Coal sample is ground by Hardgrove grindability determinator.The ground sample goes through 0.071 mm screen and the mass of sample with size less than 0.071 mm is weighed.Compared with reference drawing for standard coal sample,the relevant Hardgrove grindability index can be obtained and provide reference for coal injection in melting.The greater the index,the easier the grinding.Factors influencing Hardgrove measurement results include sampling rate,breaking and screening operation,air dry degree and instrument operation.Standard operation should be strictly followed so as to obtain accurate analysis results.
