摘要
为达到环保和节能的目的,应用了硫化床法盐酸再生处理工艺。介绍了硫化床法盐酸再生的工艺原理、处理流程、主要设备及其与喷雾焙烧法的比较。新工艺实施后,产品指标和环保指标都达到了技术要求,成功地实现了废酸再生利用,降低了生产成本,避免了二次扬尘污染。
In order to achieve the aim of environment protection and energy saving,hydrochloric acid regeneration treatment process with fluidized bed method is adopted.The paper introduces its process theory,treatment procedure and main equipment and compares with spray roasting method.After the new process was adopted,product indices and environmental protection indices all reached technical requirement,and acid effluent regeneration successfully was achieved.Production cost was reduced and secondary dust pollution avoided as well.
