大型半潜船总体设计研究

General Design and Research of Large Semi-Submersible Heavy Lift Vessel

大型半潜船作为海洋工程特种运输船舶成为近年来的市场热点。从主尺度特征、线型和水动力性能、储备浮力和载重线要求、干舷型式的选择及其对破舱稳性的影响、完整稳性特点、下潜状态的稳性和操作要求等方面对大型半潜船的总体性能设计进行了研究和分析；对大型半潜船的总布置特点、推进系统、排压载系统、动力定位系统等关键系统的选型配置进行了介绍和比较；最后针对大型半潜船总体设计上的特点和难点、与常规货船的差异、必要的技术措施、安全保障和操作要点、规则规范的应用等进行了归纳总结和建议。

As a special transport vessel for offshore unit, the large Semi-Submersible Heavy Lift Vessel （SSHLV） became hot in recent years market. This paper researched and analyzed the general performance of SSHLV including main dimension, lines, hydrodynamic performance, reserve buoyancy, load line requirement, freeboard type selection and its effect on damage stability,intact stability,stability under semi-submerged condition and operating requirement, etc. The section of key systems such as population system, ballast system, dynamic positioning system etc. and general arrangement were also discussed in detail. At last this paper summarized the characteristics and difficulties in general design of SSHLV including the difference with normal cargo vessel,necessary technical measure, safety guarantee and operation point, and application of rules etc. Advice was also given for reference.
