Synergic Development of Urban Agglomeration Road Passenger Transportation System Based on Grey Relational Analysis

基于协同系统理论,构建城市群道路客运系统协同关联度模型,明确表征城市群道路客运系统发展参考序列和行为序列指标,利用灰色关联方法分析CZT城市群道路客运系统,得出道路客运信息共享程度、电子客运政务系统覆盖率和税费统一度等三者是关键动力因子的结论,为道路客运运营企业提出有效的道路客运组织与管理措施提供依据,也为当前进一步促进城市群道路客运系统的协同发展找到了途径,同时也验证了灰色关联方法在城市群道路客运系统协调发展分析中的有效性。

Based on the theory of synergic system, the synergic correlation model of urban road passenger transportation system is established in the article to clear the behavior sequence index and development reference sequence index of urban agglomeration road passenger transportation system. The gray correla-tion model is used to analyze CZT urban agglomeration road passenger transportation system. A conclu-sion is drawn that road passenger transportation information sharing, e-government system coverage and passenger taxes are three key power factors which can provide suggestion for road passenger transport op-erators to conduct road passenger transport organization and propose management measures, and a way to promote the further coordinated development of the current urban agglomeration road passenger transpor-tation system. At the same time, the effectiveness of the grey correlation method in coordinated develop-ment analysis of urban agglomeration road passenger transportation system is also verified.
