摘要
为了完善公路收费系统,提高收费系统的运行效率,系统地对目前高速公路收费系统中存在的管理、环保、设计等问题进行了分析,并论述了其中收费车道数计算中存在的问题。着重对交通量计算和服务时间选择两个问题进行了剖析,计算出用AADT计算收费车道数时的换算系数,再乘上折算系数后就可以用来计算收费车道数,从而解决了当量交通量换算方法的问题。并从理论和管理等方面针对各种问题提出了相应的解决思路。
In order to improve the toll system of highway, improve the operation efficiency of toll collec-tion system, the article systematically analyzes the existing problems in management, environmental pro-tection, design in toll collection of expressway, and discusses the errors in calculation of toll lane number. It focuses on the calculation of traffic and the selection of service time, gets the conversion coefficient of toll lane number by AADT. The result can be used to calculate the number of the toll lanes, so as to solve the conversion error. From different aspects such as theory and management, the method is introduced to solve the problems.
