以"转制院所"、"情报工作"为着眼点,从转制院所及其情报工作的发展改革、新形势下转制院所情报工作的体系建设等方面,尝试探索转制院所情报工作的定位和职能,全方位地构建新形势下转制院所情报工作体系,推动转制院所情报工作的繁荣发展,促进情报工作在转制院所建设新型组织的过程中融入转制院所的战略规划,帮助转制院所获取和使用知识与信息,以制定求胜战略。

Based on ＂system-transformed institutes＂ and ＂information work＂, from the change and devel- opment of system-transformed institutes and information work, information working system construction of system-transformed institutes under new situation and so on, this article tries to explore the orientation and responsibility of system-transformed institutes＇ information work, all-round sets up information work- ing system of system-transformed institutes under new situation, in order to promote prosperity and devel- opment of information work of system-transformed institutes, promote information work melting into strate- gic planning in system-transformed institutes, and assist system-transformed institutes to acquire and use acknowledge and information to obtain success.
