充气混合在大型天然气球罐投产置换的应用

Application of Gas Filling and Mixing to Conversion for Putting into Operation of Large Natural Gas Spherical Tank

介绍几种天然气球罐投产置换方法,阐述天然气充气混合置换的流程。对球罐投产置换充气混合后的气质进行分析,指出当充气混合时,置换终点以控制氧气体积分数低于1.5%为宜。提出天然气充气混合的风险控制措施。

Several conversion methods for putting into operation of natural gas spherical tank are introduced. The conversion process of natural gas filling and mixing is elaborated. The gas quality after gas flip ing and mixing is analyzed. It is pointed out that when gas filling and mixing, the conversion should be ended by controlling the volume fraction of oxygen at less than 1.5%. Risk control measures for natural gas filling and mixing are proposed.
