摘要
虚拟装配是运用计算机分析、预测模型,用数据表达,辅以可视化,作出与装配相关的工程决策,可以有效地提高产品装配质量和速度,有助于降低成本并缩短周期。通过分析飞行器总装装配的特点和难点,侧重分析了虚拟装配的特征和关键,重点探讨了复杂弹体结构的虚拟装配实施方案,能够有效地减少总装装配缺陷和产品的故障率,保证了产品的质量。
Virtual assembly is an engineering making-decision related with assembly to effectively improve the product assembly quality and speed. It can reduce the cost and shorten the cycle using computer analysis and prediction model,data expression,and visual supplement. By analyzing the characteristics and difficulties of assembly of aircraft structure,the characteristics and the key of virtual assembly are mainly analyzed. The implementation plan of virtual assembly for complex missile structure is focused on to effectively reduce the assembly defects and the fault rate of products,and ensure the product quality.
