A Development of Composite Strengthened Straw-Based Panels

摘要 研制采用农作物秸秆作为主要原材料的人造板,对于保护森林资源和解决秸秆焚烧带来的环境污染问题具有重要的现实意义,有利于缓解我国日益突出的木材原料供应不足。现有的秸秆板研制主要集中在原材料粉碎加胶粘剂这一方面,把秸秆板做成类似于普通人造板的板材。本文介绍了一种新型结构的复合秸秆人造板,具有轻质、环保、低成本的特点。 Developing wood-based panels using crop stalks as main raw materials is of great practical significance in protecting forest resources and dealing with the environmental pollution caused by burning stalks. It will help alleviate China's increasingly insufficient supply of wood raw material. The existing research of straw-based panels mainly concentrates on raw material crushing and adhesive adding,thus making into sheets similar to ordinary wood-based panels. This paper introduces a type of composite straw- based panels with the new structure. It has the advantages of being light in weight,environmental friendly and lower in cost.
