摘要
了解职业技术学院教职工应付方式现状,采用应付方式问卷(CSQ)对三所职业技术学院的教职工进行调查。结果:职业技术学院教职工使用最多的应付方式是"解决问题";不同性别的教职工在"自责"、"求助"、"幻想"和"合理化"因子上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同工龄的教职工在"解决问题"因子上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同学历的教职工在"合理化"因子上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同职称的教职工在"解决问题"、"求助"、"退避"和"合理化"因子上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应根据职业技术学院教职工应付方式特点进行科学指导。
The paper makes a survey of the status of coping strategy of teaching staff in Career Technical College to assess teachers' coping style in 3 Career Technical Colleges with Coping Style Questionnaire( CSQ). The results: most of our subjects took the problemsolving coping style. The difference of self-accusation,asking for help,illusions and rationalization was statistically significant among gender( P〈0. 05); the difference of problem- solving was statistically significant among length of service( P〈0. 05); the difference of rationalization was statistically significant among education background( P〈0. 05); the difference of problem-solving,asking for help,withdrawing and keeping off and rationalization among the title of a technical post( P〈0. 05). The conclusion is that the cope style must be based on the characteristics of the faculty of Career Technical College and the scientific instruction as well.
