摘要
顶岗支教工作在实践中发展出多种模式。运用信息化平台,使顶岗实习的学生和支教地区的在职教师了解到实习和转岗的相关信息,简化了程序,明晰了目标与责任;四方联动使高校、地方教育行政部门、转岗教师、学生有效整合一起,形成有效循环,两端对接利用市场的需求杠杆使高校与地方教育行政部门找到利益和工作的平衡点与增长点,建立可持续发展关系;立体考评机制则利用网络、访谈、制度规划等多方手段建立考评机制,确保顶岗支教工作高质量的完成。经过近三年的问卷访谈跟踪,发现取得一些成绩,但也有改进的空间。
There are different models for teacher-intern exchange in practice. The establishment of information platform may help them exchange information directly. A multidimensional model may integrate colleges, education authorities, teachers and interns.College-industry partnership may help colleges and industries find their respective motives to keep sustainable relations between them. In this model, a new assessment mechanism may be adopted by means of network, interview and system planning. The model is proved to be effective after three years of surveys and investigations.
