民航大型货机流失影响我军战略投送能力建设的思考

Our Reflection on the Effects of the Loss of Large-Type Civilian Air Freighters on the Buildup of the Strategic Projection Capability of Our Army

民航大型货机是国家战略运输资源,当前,我国民航大型货机的不断流失将会削弱国家战略交通运输保障力量。分析了我国民航货运产业基本情况,阐述了民航货运力量在国防与经济建设中的地位作用,研究提出了军民融合加强我国民航货运力量建设发展的对策意见,有利于其健康发展。

Since large-type civilian air freighters are an important part of the national strategic projection force,the continuous loss of large-type civilian air freighters at present will weaken the national strategic projection forces.Upon the basis of analyzing the basic situation of the civilian air freight industry,the status and functions of civilian air freight in the national defense and economic construction of our country are dealt with in the paper,with the counter-measure of strengthening the buildup and development of our civilian air freight forces by integrating our military air freight force with that of the civilian air freight put forward.
