On the Operation and Inspiration of the Reverse Logistics System in Equipment Support of the US Navy

逆向物流是装备保障过程的重要组成部分,对提高部队装备完好率和装备保障效率具有重要影响。分析了美海军装备保障逆向物流渠道、先进的可追溯性控制系统和电子回收管理系统的运作情况及其特点,并从制度完善、理论研究、军民融合、保障一体化及技术应用五个方面探讨了对我军装备保障逆向物流系统建设的启示。

As an important part of the equipment support,the reverse logistics plays an important role in the equipment availability and the efficiency of equipment support.Upon the basis of analyzing the channels of the reverse logistics,and the operation and the characteristics of the advanced traceability control system and the electronic retrograde management system of the equipment support in the US Navy,the establishment of our own reverse logistics system of equipment support for our army and the inspiration the US Navy gives us are dealt with in the paper from five aspects：the improvement and perfection of systems,theoretical research,military-civilian integration,the integration of different support departments and technical applications.
