摘要
一般斜拉空间网格结构的混凝土巨柱(塔柱)承担了较大的偏心应力,柱中钢筋预应力值的合理设置是混凝土巨柱设计的重点。采用ANSYS自带的优化程序模块,以混凝土的开裂数量少为目标,分析得到巨柱混凝土钢筋优化的预应力为0.7倍钢筋强度标准值。研究成果有助于今后钢筋混凝土结构的优化设计。
Generally speaking,the huge concrete tower column of cable-stayed grid structures undertakes large eccentric stress,and therefore,the reasonable setup of the reinforcement pre-stress in columns becomes the key point of the design of huge concrete columns.With the help of the built-in optimization module program in ANSYS,and the minimum cracking quantity of concrete as our target,technical analyzes are performed and a conclusion is obtained that the value of the optimized initial pre-stress of the pre-stressed reinforcement in huge concrete columns is 0.7times of the standard value of the strength of the reinforcement.The results of our research may help optimize the design of other reinforced concrete structures in the future.
