经济增长与人口发展的耦合机制分析——以陕西省为例

An Analysis of the Coupling Mechanism Between Economic Growth and Population Development

经济增长与人口发展的关系一直被经济学家、人口学家所重视.文章在对经济增长与人口发展关系相关理论综述基础上,对影响经济增长的人口因素以及适度人口理念下制约人口发展的经济因素进行了分析,并以陕西省为例对经济增长与人口发展的耦合关系进行探讨,发现人口规模不断增长、人口素质水平较低、人口结构不尽合理、产业结构层次偏低、产业间劳动生产率存在差距,使得陕西省经济适度人口规模低于陕西省实际人口规模.表明人口因素及经济因素相互影响、相互制约,影响着经济适度人口规模的大小,通过控制人口数量、提高人口素质、加快经济增长模式转变、推动产业结构优化升级,可以提高经济适度人口,促进经济与人口的良性发展.

The relationship between economic growth and population development has always been paid attentionto by demographers and economists. Based on the summary of the related theories on the relationship betweeneconomic growth and population development, analysis is done on the population factors affecting economicgrowth and moderate population theory. With the case study of Shaanxi Province, the coupling relationship isdiscussed on economic growth and population development. It is found that, due to the growing population,population quality, unreasonable population structure, low industrial structure, gap between labor productivity inShaanxi Province, moderate population scale is below the actual scale of population in Shaanxi Province.Therefore, demographic factors and economic factors affect and restrict each other, and they affect populationscale. The control of the population quantity, improvement of the population quality, speeding up of thetransformation of industrial structure, can improve the economic optimum population and promote the benigndevelopment of economy and population.
