城市旅游化视域下城市游憩商业区发展研究——以福州为例

Development of Recreational Business District in City under City Tourism:Taking Fuzhou City as an Example

城市游憩商业区是打造现代城市形象、建设宜居宜商宜游城市的重要载体,也是推进城市旅游化进程的一项重要内容.在阐述城市游憩商业区内涵与特点的基础上,以福州为例,分析了福州城市游憩商业区的发展现状与特征,特别是在游憩商业区发展要素上进行了比较研究;指出了福州城市游憩商业区发展存在的主要问题,针对性地从优化业态结构及其空间布局、增强文化体验、加强公共服务系统软硬件开发建设、完善游憩产品体系等方面提出了福州城市游憩商业区的发展策略.

Recreation business district in the city is the important carrier to build a modem city image and to builda city suitable for living, business and travel, which is one important part to promote the city tourism development.Taking Fuzhou City as an example, it analyzes the status quo and characteristics of the development of FuzhouCity recreational business district, especially a comparative study on development elements was conducted. Itpoints out the main problems in the development of recreational business district in Fuzhou City. We shouldoptimize industry structure and spatial layout, strengthen cultural experience, and strengthen the software andhardware development of public service system, perfect recreational products system, and so on.
