子痫前期的中西医治疗

Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Therapy for Preeclampsia

目的:通过内服中药治疗子痫前期.方法:临床观察采用随机、平行、对照试验的方法,其中治疗组和对照组各选取40例患者进行治疗比较,治疗组以内服中药为主,对照组以内服西药为主.结果:运用中药内服组治愈30例,显效8例,进步2例,无效0例,总有效率为95%;西医组治愈28例,显效7例,进步4例,无效1例,总有效率为87.5%.结论:中药内服对子痫前期有明显的治疗效果.

Objective： Observing the curative effect of taking traditional Chinese medicine to cure preeclampsia.Methods： Using stochastic, parallel and contrast test in clinical observation. Among the 80 patients, 40 of themwere in the treatment group and the other 40 were in the contrast goup. The treatment group took traditionalChinese medicine orally and the contrast group took western medicine orally. Results： In the treatment group, 30cases were cured, 8 cases were effective 2 cases were advanced and 0 case was ineffective, the total effectivepercentage was 95%. In the contrast group, 28 cases were cured, 7 cases were effective, 4 cases were advancedand 1 case was ineffective, the total effective percentage was 87.5%. Conclusions： The curative effect of takingtraditional Chinese medicine orally to cure preeclampsia is obvious.
