摘要
对山楂去核机的方案进行了设计,其主要分为主传动和副传动。主传动主要有槽轮机构,通过槽轮机构带动工作台作间歇转动,副传动用于带动冲头上下运动,其主要组成为一对螺旋齿轮、凸轮和摆动推杆。文章对传动的基本参数和主传动中的槽轮机构进行了设计,其结果可以满足基本要求。
It is designed for pitted against Hawthorn machine programs . It is mainly divided into the main drive and vice drive. The main drive sheave main body ,intermittently rotated by Geneva mechanism driven workbench. Vice-drive used to drive the movement of the ram. Consisting essentially of a pair of helical gears, cams and rocking pusher. This article design on the transmission of the basic parameters and the main drive sheave agencies.The results meet the basic requirements.
