简述了百色市动物防疫现状,试点开展动物防疫合作社模式,取得的成效及存在问题进行了提练总结,进一步对基层一线动物防疫合作社运作过程中存在的问题提出了整改意见建议,为今后全面推广动物防疫合作社积累实践及解决存在问题提供参考对策。
