摘要
文化旅游地产是近年来涌现出来的一种新型开发模式,文章阐述了文化旅游地产在国内现状,分析了发展过程中的问题,结合龙象谷项目本身特点,提出项目开发建设的建议,具有一定的借鉴意义。
